Number one easy way to lose weight is to stop drinking pop! If you drink pop
with every meal, than you are consuming unnecessary calories. Stick to water.
Or, if you need something with flavor try Propel Fitness Water. I’m addicted to
it, and it’s so good. It’s only 10 calories, plus its good for you!

Set reasonable goals for yourself and find a workout buddy. Having a friend to
workout with not only keeps you more motivated but ensures you hold yourself
accountable for your own fitness goals. Also, switch up the routine a little
bit. Doing the same thing every workout can become boring and turn into more of
a chore instead of enjoyment. There are lots of great options especially in the
summer. Just be creative!

I am the laziest person that ever existed, but I know I have to keep my body in
shape in order to look fly in my bikini for the summer. So I try to do a 10
minute pilates workout everyday. These exercises focus on the core muscles
which help keep the body balanced, and is essential to providing support for
your spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breathing and alignment of
the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles, targeting our lovely little
tummy pouch that we developed during the holiday season. So if you’re a lazy
like I am, or just a busy body who needs a bangin’ body without major time to
spare, try this exercise and you won’t be disappointed with the results. So
shed those pounds, people, because we don’t wanna be lookin’ plump in our two
piece!

Walking around the Mall of America is a very good way to shed a few pounds! Walk a few days a week and you’ll be surprised how much weight you’ll lose!

Key words: diet and exercise!
You don’t have to starve yourself of the foods you love but you do need to
exercise and be moderate in the intake of food. As long as you keep your mind on
the goal, you’ll get to the goal weight that you are looking for. No, sitting in
front of the TV watching exercise DVDs does NOT count as exercise.
