Measurements: 32C-23-32
Height: 5'8
Weight: 98lbs

Bio: I'm an only child who was born in a tiny town called Doboj in Bosnia, which is located on the peninsula of the Adriatic Sea. However, the war started in '94 and my town was seized by our "enemy" soldiers for refugees. Basically, in a nutshell, I got kicked out of my town for someone else to live there. Since our house got bombed and destroyed, my father (General of the Bosnian Army) sent my mother and I to live with my Grandparents in Munchen, Germany. After the war settled down a bit and NATO took control of things, my father joined my mother and I in Germany and we moved to Duisburg, where I started my first day of elementry school not knowing a word of German, haha! We lived in Germany for four years and in '98 we moved to Rochester Minnesota for me to get good schooling and get away from the negative vibe of the war that had just happened. Once AGAIN, I moved to a new town, could only take ONE fricken suitcase of possessions, had to go to a new school and yes... started my first day not knowing a word of English! Luckily,  I adapted well and met some great people who made the move worthwhile and I couldn't imagine making any more drastic moves like that anytime soon. I have been traveling this past year to Europe and it was a lot of fun, had my first corona on the Mediterranean coast in Italy! For now, I am spending time being productive, doing a lot of projects, shooting a lot to update my portfolio and going to school for Nursing at the Mayo Clinic which consumes all of my free time. I was just introduced to Minnesota Finest and I absolutley love this company, it is truely a great team of talented individuals.

1. MNF: How did you get started in modeling?

Sandra: I did my first photo shoot with Julian after a month of turning 16. People responded positively to the images and I enjoyed the opportunity to be creative. I then started runway a month later and have been modeling ever since!

2.MNF:   What is your background?

Sandra: 100% Bosnian. Honestly, no one has ever been mixed. I will probably be the first one to break that  norm.

3. MNF: How did you hear about MNFinest?

Sandra:    I was just introduced to it, I had been hearing ads on radio stations about "Minnesota's Finest" before but never got a chance to get to know more about it. Now, that I am more familiar with MNF.. I am making sure everyone else is too!

4.MNF:   What do you do during your free time? What are your hobbies?

Sandra:   I am already living my hobby which is modeling! When I have nothing going on, I bundle up in blankets and watch movies... I am over going out downtown.. I think I over did it at a young age and it just is not fun anymore... unless my best girlies are involved.

5.MNF:   How did you get into designing clothes?

Sandra:    Welllllll... I think it is because I am Bosnian.. and where I come from..EVERYONE is dressed to perfection. Our motto is to always look fabulous.

6.MNF:  If you could go wnywhere right now, where would you go?

Sandra:   LONDON! I was there for a very short amount of time this summer and did not get to explore as much as I had wanted. I just signed with an exclusive agency in the UK and hopefully will be hearing from my model manager so I can go explore!!

7.MNF:  What is you favorite fall activity?

Sandra:  Halloween!! I love seeing little kids dressed up in the cuttest outfits.. and giving out massive amounts of candy to the little girls dressed as cinderellas.

8. MNF:  If you had to choose, would you choose to live in a climate with all four seasons or an all-year long warm season?

Sandra:    All year long warm season, It just makes me feel more positive. The cold weather limits what you can do, what you can wear and where you can go if the roads are REALLY bad. I would love a place.. like Miami, where I could wear swimwear 24/7. Actually, I think I'd go shopping in swimwear if I lived in Miami.. haha!

9. MNF:  What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

Sandra:   Lots of food. Lots of Wine. and Lots of LOVE!

10 MNF: What is your favorite Thanksgiving food?

Sandra:   Wellll.. I'm a vegetarian. So my options are very limited regarding the fact that you're suppose to eat a turkey. However.. pecan pie, mash patatoes and the cookies Momma makes are a whole different story.

11. MNF: Are you a good cook? What is your gavorite thing to make?

Sandra:    YES!!! Well.. I'd like to think that I am.. and that my boyfriend isn't lieing when he says that something tastes good. I love to make Bosnian food.. Like Cupavci.. which is pastry balls or cubes covered in large amounts of chocolate and rolled in coconut.

12. MNF:  What are you most thankful for?

Sandra:  Health. People take this for granted THE MOST up until it is taken from them. I'm also thankful for the few, but very special people in my life.. it be a rough rollercoaster without them strapped in next to my side.
